In this webinar, FIT is providing you with a stakeholder analysis tool that could be helpful in project planning as well as down the road when you’re developing communication and evaluation plans for your project.
This webinar is intended as a general resource for FIT applicants. We encourage you to use the information in this webinar alongside the FIT application guidelines as you prepare your submissions at the concept note and proposal stage (as applicable). However, the same ideas and analysis are helpful anytime you’re planning and – for that matter – can be used at any point in the testing cycle when you need to step back and look at the big picture of your project. Understanding the key stakeholders and knowing how and when to keep them engaged is essential to success when you’re testing a concept.
